Machine Orientation (Complimentary)

Take a tour of the fitness facility with a fitness professional to help get the most out of your workout. During the tour, you will learn how to use all of the equipment and will receive a workout folder with your personalized settings for the equipment to refer back to.

Starting a fitness program can be tough but it doesn't have to be. Get the guidance and support you need from one of our experienced fitness professionals. 

HEALTH & FITNESS EVALUATION (COMPLIMENTARY) 

Have fitness goals or just want to know where you are fitness wise? During this assessment, you'll work with a fitness professional to go over past medical and health information, then do a series of assessments to determine current fitness levels. Some of the assessments include, but are not limited to, strength, flexibility, posture and cardiovascular. *Note: Not all assessments are done on all individuals. Testing is based on what is appropriate for the individual and their goals. 

Program Design (See Front Desk for pricing)

Are you dedicated to coming to the gym but just need to know what to do? Getting a program design might be the right fit for you then. After doing a health and fitness evaluation, a fitness professional will design a personalized program based on your individual needs and goals. You'll receive a folder complete with workout tracker and picture program so you always have something to refer back to. 

Yoga Flow

This is a flowing style of yoga, open to a broad range of practitioners. Emphasis is on the link between the breath and the postures as the class moves at a steady pace to get your energy flowing. Modifications are offered to make the class accessible to all levels, with variations also available for more advanced students. This practice strengthens core muscles, develops flexibility, and encourages concentration and focus. 

Water Aerobics

This class is the perfect class for people just starting a routine or those that want to diversify their workouts. It offers great cardiovascular conditioning and will help strengthen your entire body. The buoyancy of the water also helps protect the joints and is perfect for participants of all levels. Come make a splash with us!

Gentle Yoga

This is a soothing class to calm your body and mind. Gentle stretching and reclining postures allow your body to soften and release tension. There is plenty of quiet space to allow you to focus on your breath and quiet your mind. This is a great class for beginners, people recovering from injury or working with physical imitations, and anyone who wants to complement their usual fitness routine with stretching and relaxation. You will leave feeling balanced, open, and rested.

The Mix

Stuck in a fitness rut or hit a plateau? Then check out The Mix! This is a circuit-based class that is designed to utilize all of your muscles, kick your heart rate into high gear and gain confidence. You'll never get bored in this class between the continually changing workouts and wide selection of fun music. Come be a part of something great and mix it up!

Form and Flow Yoga

Slow Flow classes that encompass lots of form and function. Floor work, combined with stability movements and yoga flow will keep things moving on and off your mat! Classes are fun and open to all levels.
